These terms are an agreement between you and Intgreat S.A.R.L (“Intgreat Solutions”, “we”, “us”), Mat’haf Building, 5th floor, Al Mat’haf, near Hotel Dieu church, Ashrafieh 23/1001, Beirut, Lebanon, about your use of the mobile game Fuse Panic (Android package com.intgreat.fusepanic, “the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the game. Contact: developer@intgreatsolutions.com.
How we handle information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
1. Who can play
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms for you and is responsible for any purchases you make.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, art, sounds, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the licence above, no rights are transferred to you.
3. Fair play
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use cheats, bots, automation, modified versions of the game or tools that change the save file, the clock or network traffic to gain an advantage;
- exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards, rewards, ads or purchases;
- use the game in any unlawful way, or in a way that harms the game, other players or us.
We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, or remove items obtained by breaking these rules.
4. Coins, gems and other virtual items
The game uses virtual items such as coins, gems, tool charges, skins, chests and season pass rewards (“virtual items”).
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded.
- When you buy a virtual item, or earn or unlock one, you receive a limited licence to use it in the game. You do not own it.
- Some chests contain random items. Their drop odds are shown in the game before you open or buy them.
- Your progress and virtual items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, lose your device or use Settings > Reset progress, unrestorable progress and virtual items may be lost, and we cannot recover them. Purchases of permanent items (such as Remove Ads) can be restored with Settings > Restore purchases.
- We may change, rebalance or discontinue virtual items, prices in virtual currency, rewards and game rules. This includes changes delivered through the game’s remote settings, without an app update.
5. Purchases with real money
If the game offers in-app purchases, they are sold and processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency before you confirm. Except as required by law or by Google Play’s refund policies, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Google Play: see Google Play refunds. A season pass applies only to the season in which it is bought, and its rewards are available only during that season.
6. Ads
The game is free to play and shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. We don’t guarantee that a rewarded ad is always available. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for products or websites they lead to.
7. Third-party services
The game uses services from third parties, such as Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Leaderboards and achievements are shown through Google Play Games, and your Play Games name and scores may be visible to other players there.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering the game at any time. Some features need an internet connection or a recent version of the game. We don’t promise that the game will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract under the law where you live.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 2 (ownership), 4, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after your licence ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws or the right to go to court in the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top and publish the new version at https://intgreatsolutions.com/games/fuse-panic/terms/. Significant changes will also be announced in the game’s release notes. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
14. Language
These terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, to the extent the law allows.
